Vision insurance is offered through EyeMed Vision. Employees do not need to be enrolled in medical coverage in order to join the voluntary vision plan. Members on the EyeMed Vision Plan may utilize the benefit one time in a 12-month period. Please see the for coverage details. EyeMed VisionEyeMed is the vision provider and third-party claims administrator that facilitates all prescription claims and billing questions. EyeMed members will be able to get the best of their vision benefit by utilizing the EyeMed portal. The EyeMed portal provides implemented tools to allow members to manage their vision care benefits with ease. Visit www.eyemed.com to print ID cards, view your benefit summary, access vision data, and to search for providers.
EyeMed also offers a mobile app that will allow members to do all the things they can do online at the touch of a button. Members can download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store.
