SOFG Survey and Community Listening Sessions

  • Governing Board Student Outcomes Focused Governance (SOFG) Survey and Community Listening Sessions

The Washington Elementary School District School Board is committed to enhancing student success through the Student Outcomes Focused Governance (SOFG) Framework, a research-informed approach endorsed by the Council of the Great City Schools (CGCS)

As part of this commitment, the Board previously engaged in facilitated study sessions to develop Board Goals and Superintendent Guardrails – essential elements that will shape the district’s direction and decision-making. Before finalizing these goals, we want to hear from you – our community.

Your feedback is invaluable in ensuring that our goals and guardrails reflect the needs and priorities of our students, families, and educators. Please take a few moments to share your thoughts by completing this survey and/or attending one of the listening sessions below
